Our PEP2Work programme is dedicated to empowering youth by equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge required to thrive in the modern workforce.
Through comprehensive training, hands-on experiences, and personalized mentorship, we aim to bridge the gap between education and employment, ensuring that young individuals are not only job-ready but also confident and capable of navigating their career paths successfully.
Methodology

Delivery Format
2 consecutive full days, with an additional 2 days after a break of two to three weeks.

Group and Individual Exercises
There will be many opportunities for participants’ views and concerns to be heard, and many activities to create an engaging and conducive learning environment.

Principles and Tools
Participants will walk away with principles and tools that will help them with clarity, decision making, thinking, workload planning, problem-solving, and many more that will help them navigate the challenging terrain in the corporate world!
04
Class Size
A minimum of 50 students for optimal participant dynamics to set a competitive environment for the gamified AVPEP segment, and for maximal shared learnings.
*There will be multiple facilitators who are experts in their respective fields.
This will expose participants to wider perspectives related to the corporate world.
